1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive your order and confirm payment.

2. Shipping Destinations

We are proud to offer delivery across Pakistan. We currently do not ship internationally.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Timelines

We have partnered with trusted courier services to ensure reliable delivery.

· Standard Shipping:
  · Cost: FREE on all orders over Rs. 3,000.
  · Cost for orders under Rs. 3,000 : A flat rate of Rs. 125 (being 50% of Standard Shipping Charges and 50% being borne by the AgriGold) will be applied at checkout.
  · Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
    · Major Cities (e.g., Faisalabad, Sheikhupura, Lahore, Multan, Karachi, Islamabad): 3-5 business days.
    · Other Areas: 5-7 business days.
· Express Shipping:
  · Cost: Rs. 300 (regardless of order value).
  · Estimated Delivery Time: 1-2 business days for major cities.
  · Please Note: Express shipping must be selected at checkout. Cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 12:00 PM PKT on a business day.

Business days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. How Will I Know When My Order Is Shipped?

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated SMS and/or email containing your unique tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

5. What If I Am Not Available When The Courier Arrives?

The courier service will typically attempt delivery twice. If you are not available, they will leave a notice with instructions for picking up your package from the nearest courier facility. Please ensure your provided address and phone number are accurate.

6. Address Accuracy & Change Requests

· Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. Please double-check your address at checkout.
· Address Changes: If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately at support@agrigoldhub.com] or on WhatsApp at +92 321 1878114. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

· Delays: While we provide estimated delivery timelines, please understand that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier backlog, or public holidays.
· Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package has not moved for more than 7 days, please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the courier company and keep you updated. AgriGold Hub is not liable for packages that are lost by the courier service after dispatch, but we will work diligently with the courier to resolve the issue for you.
