Q: How do you ensure the freshness of your seeds and granola?
A: We source our raw ingredients from our own farm and weekly from trusted wholesalers. Our products are packed in state-of-the-art, 3-layer stand-up pouches with a resealable zipper and an oxygen absorber sachet inside every bag. This 3-step barrier system (zipper, material, absorber) is designed to lock out air and moisture, guaranteeing maximum freshness and crunch.
Q: Are your products suitable for diabetics?
A: Yes, we have specific products formulated for diabetics. Our Sugar-Stable Blend Granola is sweetened with natural, zero-glycemic Monk Fruit Extract and are low in net carbohydrates. However, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider for personalized dietary advice.
Q: I have nut allergies. Are your products safe for me?
A: While some of our products contain tree nuts (like almonds), many of our raw seeds and certain granolas are nut-free. We clearly list all ingredients on each product page. Please review the ingredient list carefully before purchasing. Please note that our facility does handle tree nuts.
Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
A: Our products have a best-before period of 3-6 months from the date of packing, which is clearly printed on every pouch. For optimal freshness, we recommend consuming within 1-2 months of opening and storing in a cool, dry place.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: We strive to pack all orders within 24-48 hours of you placing it. Once packed, shipping typically takes 2-5 business days within major Pakistani cities, delivered to your doorstep.
Q: What are your shipping charges?
A: We offer transparent and affordable shipping:
- Free Shipping on all orders over PKR 3,000.
- A flat rate of PKR 125 for orders below PKR 3,000.
Q: Which areas do you deliver to?
A: We currently deliver all across Pakistan via our trusted courier partners’ reach.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
Q: What if I am not available when the delivery arrives?
A: Our courier partners will attempt to deliver twice. After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to our facility, and a restocking fee may apply for re-shipping. We recommend providing an address where someone can receive the package during the day.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return and refund policy?
A: Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a "No Questions Asked" return policy within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
- The product was damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.
- For quality-related issues, please contact us with photos at support@agrigoldhub.com and we will resolve your issue immediately.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we receive the returned product and approve the refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
A: Please contact us immediately at support@agrigold.pk. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address. If it has already been shipped, we cannot make changes, and you may be liable for any additional shipping charges for re-routing or reshipping.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: You can request a modification or cancellation by emailing us within 6 hours of placing your order. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes after this window, but we will always do our best to help.
